ACPC Registration 2026–27: Merit અને Choice Filling

ટૂંકો જવાબ: ACPC Registration 2026–27 દ્વારા Gujaratમાં First Year Degree Engineering (BE/BTech) admission માટે online application, document verification, merit rank, college-branch choice filling, seat allotment અને admission confirmation કરવામાં આવે છે. 2026–27ની regular registration window 31 Marchથી 31 May 2026 હતી અને regular online rounds પૂર્ણ થઈ ચૂક્યા છે. હવે કોઈ vacant-seat અથવા institute-level round ઉપલબ્ધ હોય તો official BE/BTech pageની latest notice તપાસવી.

મહત્વપૂર્ણ: Registration, merit rank, choice filling, allotment અને confirmed admission અલગ stages છે. ACPC profile બની જાય અથવા merit number મળે એટલે seat મળતી નથી. Allotment ઉમેદવારની merit rank, eligibility, available seats અને સાચા preference order પર આધારિત છે.

આ Guide કયા ACPC Course માટે છે?

આ article ખાસ કરીને First Year Degree Engineering—BE/BTech admission માટે છે. ACPC Pharmacy, Diploma to Degree, MBA/MCA, ME/MTech, MPharm, Architecture, Planning અને અન્ય professional programmes પણ ચલાવે છે, પરંતુ તેમના registration dates, entrance requirements, merit rules અને rounds અલગ હોય છે. એક courseની deadline અથવા documents બીજા course માટે લાગુ ન માનો.

General college admission માટે GCAS લાગુ પડે છે કે ACPC તે અંગે ગૂંચવણ હોય તો GCAS Registration અને Gujarat College Admission Process પહેલા વાંચો. Degree Engineering માટે current official route ACPC છે.

Regular registration: 31 March–31 May 2026

Regular scheduleની ઉપરની તારીખો પસાર થઈ ગઈ છે. ACPCએ vacant seats માટે અલગ online/offline rounds જાહેર કર્યા હતા. કોઈ નવી round આપમેળે મળશે એવું માનશો નહીં; BE/BTech pageના Notices, Schedule અને Candidate Activity Board દરરોજ તપાસો. Expired registration link અથવા જૂની PDFના આધારે payment ન કરો.

કોને ACPC BE/BTech માટે અરજી કરવી?

Candidateએ applicable admission rules મુજબ qualifying examination અને entrance requirement પૂરી કરવી જોઈએ. 2026ની official choice-filling guidelineમાં relevant subject group માટે General categoryને minimum 45% અને SC, ST, SEBC તથા EWSને 40% marksની eligibility દર્શાવવામાં આવી છે. Branch eligibility subject combination પ્રમાણે બદલાય છે.

PCM group: All engineering branches માટે સામાન્ય route હોઈ શકે છે.
PMCo group: Computer/IT, AI/Data Science, Electronics, Electrical અને listed allied branches સુધી eligibility મર્યાદિત હોઈ શકે છે.
PCB group: Biotechnology, Food Technology, Agricultural Technology, Bioinformatics અથવા Pharmaceutical Engineering જેવી listed branches માટે eligibility હોઈ શકે છે.
PCCo group: Official tableમાં દર્શાવેલી limited branches જ ઉપલબ્ધ થઈ શકે છે.

Subject group પ્રમાણે branch list બદલાય છે; portalમાં rank/eligible group અને available choices જે દેખાય તેને current admission rules સાથે મેળવો. “Engineeringમાં admission છે એટલે કોઈપણ branch પસંદ કરી શકાય” એવું નથી.

ACPC Registration પહેલાં Documents તૈયાર રાખો

Exact upload list candidateની board, category, quota અને application details પ્રમાણે portalમાં દેખાય છે. સામાન્ય રીતે નીચેના records જરૂરી થઈ શકે છે:

Recent passport-size photograph અને signature
SSC marksheet અથવા Date of Birth proof
HSC/qualifying examination marksheet
GUJCET scorecard/details
JEE Main details—All India seats અથવા applicable caseમાં
School Leaving Certificate
SC/ST/SEBC category certificate—જો લાગુ પડે
SEBC માટે valid Non-Creamy Layer certificate
EWS certificate—જો applicable benefit માંગતા હો
Income proof/TFWS document—જો applicable હોય
PwD/PH, Defence/Ex-servicemen અથવા અન્ય quota certificate
Name mismatch/change માટે Gazette અથવા accepted supporting proof

Certificate details ખોટી હોય અથવા document under verification હોય ત્યારે random file upload ન કરો. Dashboardમાં discrepancy/queryનો exact remark વાંચીને valid proof જ submit કરો. ACPC Registration Online કેવી રીતે કરવું?

Official website ખોલો: gujacpc.admissions.nic.in પર જાઓ.
Common Registration પસંદ કરો: Candidate Activity Boardમાંથી current sessionની registration link ખોલો.
New Candidate account બનાવો: Candidate name, active mobile number અને email IDથી registration શરૂ કરો અને OTP verification પૂર્ણ કરો.
Profile complete કરો: Personal details, address, board, HSC અને applicable entrance-exam information documents મુજબ દાખલ કરો.
BE/BTech application પસંદ કરો: Common profile પછી Degree Engineering course માટે application ખોલો.
Category અને quota details ભરો: માત્ર valid supporting certificate હોય ત્યારે applicable option પસંદ કરો.
Documents upload કરો: Portalમાં માગેલા clear અને complete files prescribed format/sizeમાં upload કરો.
Registration fee ભરો: Payment page પર current payable amount તપાસીને official gatewayથી fee ભરો.
Final submit કરો: Previewમાં name, marks, GUJCET/JEE details અને category ફરી તપાસીને application submit કરો.
Records સાચવો: Candidate profile/registration form, payment receipt અને system-generated letters PDFમાં download કરો.

2026ની latest offline vacant-seat noticeમાં અગાઉ ACPC registration ન કરાવેલા ઉમેદવાર માટે ₹350 non-refundable registration fee દર્શાવવામાં આવી હતી. Regular અથવા future cycleમાં dashboard પર દેખાતી fee અને official noticeને final માનવી. Registration fee અને college tuition/token fee એક જ નથી.

Document Verification અને Correction કેવી રીતે થાય?

Application submit થયા પછી dashboardમાં document verification status તપાસો. Pending હોય તો authorityએ query ઉઠાવી નથી ત્યાં સુધી duplicate application અથવા unrelated document upload ન કરો. Discrepancy/Query દેખાય તો officerનો remark વાંચીને same applicationમાં correction કરો.

Registered accountમાં login કરો.
My Applicationમાંથી BE/BTech application ખોલો.
Query Redressal/Remove Discrepancy option પસંદ કરો.
Correct query type અને ટૂંકું, સ્પષ્ટ description દાખલ કરો.
Relevant valid proof upload કરીને submit કરો.
મળેલો token number સાચવો.
View Query Statusમાં request Closed/Resolved થાય ત્યાં સુધી તપાસો.

HSC board details, seat number, result, GUJCET/JEE information, TFWS અથવા category સંબંધિત correction માટે available query option વાપરવો. New account બનાવી ફરી registration કરવાથી duplicate record અને verification problem થઈ શકે છે.

ACPC Merit List શું છે?

ACPC eligible અને successfully verified candidatesને applicable admission rules પ્રમાણે merit rank આપે છે. Home State/GUJCET અને All India/JEE-Main seats માટે rank type અથવા seat pool અલગ હોઈ શકે છે. Merit number માત્ર તમારી position દર્શાવે છે; તે college અથવા branchનું allotment નથી.

Provisional merit list આવ્યા પછી name, category, eligible group અને rank તપાસો.
Error જણાય તો notified correction/query windowમાં proof સાથે request કરો.
Final merit list પછી choice filling માટે available institutes અને programmes જુઓ.
Previous-year closing rank માત્ર planning reference છે; current-year seat matrix, demand અને categoryથી cut-off બદલાય છે.

School percentage, GUJCET marks અને ACPC merit rankને એક જ number ન માનો. Allotment માટે portal પર દેખાતો applicable ACPC rank અને candidateનો eligible group મહત્વનો છે.

Mock Roundનો ઉપયોગ કેવી રીતે કરવો?

Mock Round practice અને likely allotment સમજવા માટે હોય છે; તે final admission નથી. Mock resultમાં મળેલી college/branchના આધારે actual Round 1 choices ફરી વિચારવી. Mock result પછી choices automatic final રહેશે એવું ન માનવું—current schedule મુજબ consent, alteration અને final choice process પૂર્ણ કરો.

Dream, realistic અને safer optionsનો balanced mix બનાવો.
College કરતાં branch priority મહત્વની છે કે branch કરતાં college—પહેલાં નક્કી કરો.
Tuition fee, hostel, commute, placement evidence અને accreditation તપાસો.
Mockમાં allotment ન મળે તો suitable choices વધારો.
Mockમાં મળેલી choice ગમતી ન હોય તો actual round પહેલાં order બદલો.

ACPC Choice Filling કરવાની સાચી રીત

Candidate loginથી current Choice Filling section ખોલો.
Name, application number, category, eligible group અને rank verify કરો.
Current seat matrix અને available institute-branch combinations જુઓ.
Institute, programme, institute type અથવા branch filters વાપરો.
જ્યાં ખરેખર admission લેવા તૈયાર હો તે તમામ suitable choices ઉમેરો.
સૌથી પસંદગીની institute-branch combinationને Choice No. 1 રાખો.
Move, Interchange, Rearrange અથવા Delete toolsથી exact preference order બનાવો.
દરેક change પછી choices Save કરો.
Final listમાં institute name, branch અને choice number ફરી તપાસો.
Deadline પહેલાં Lock/Confirm કરો અને dashboard status verify કરો.

Official guideline પ્રમાણે manually lock કરવાનું રહી જાય તો saved choices allotment પહેલાં deemed locked થઈ શકે છે. છતાં તેના પર નિર્ભર ન રહો; deadline પહેલાં જાતે lock/confirm કરીને screenshot અથવા print/PDF record રાખવો વધુ સુરક્ષિત છે.

Choice Order કેમ મહત્વનો છે?

System candidateની merit, eligibility અને seat availability પ્રમાણે Choice No. 1થી નીચે તપાસે છે. જે પ્રથમ eligible અને available choice allot થઈ શકે તે મળ્યા પછી નીચેની choices તપાસાતી નથી. ACPC એક candidateને એક roundમાં એક જ choice allot કરે છે.

Low cut-off જોઈને ન ગમતી branch ઉપર ન મૂકો.
માત્ર 3–4 choices રાખવાથી available alternatives ચૂકી શકાય છે.
જે instituteમાં જવાનું નથી તેને “chance માટે” listમાં ઉમેરશો નહીં.
Quota/category પ્રમાણે order બદલવાની જરૂર નથી; preference ખરેખર ઇચ્છિત ક્રમમાં રાખો.
માત્ર candidateએ ભરેલી choicesમાંથી જ allotment થાય છે.

Seat Allotment પછી શું કરવું?

Dashboardમાં allotment result અને allotted institute-branch તપાસો.
Official scheduleમાં દર્શાવેલી deadline પહેલાં portalમાં token tuition fee ભરો.
Payment successful થયા પછી Provisional Admission Letter download કરો.
Reshuffling/next roundમાં ભાગ લેવો છે કે નહીં તે current instructions મુજબ consent આપો.
Institute reporting date, original-document requirement અને remaining fee તપાસો.
Admission Letter, fee receipts અને reporting acknowledgement સાચવો.

Token tuition feeનો amount round/institution instructions પ્રમાણે portalમાં જોઈને જ ભરો. Payment deadline ચૂકી જવાથી allotment cancel થઈ શકે છે. Instituteની remaining tuition, hostel અથવા અન્ય fee ACPC registration feeથી અલગ હોઈ શકે છે.

Reshufflingમાં જૂની Seatનું શું થાય?

Official choice guideline પ્રમાણે merit rank ધરાવતા candidates notified reshuffling roundમાં consent આપી choices બદલી શકે છે. Reshufflingમાં નવી choice allot થાય તો અગાઉ confirmed admission આપમેળે cancel થાય છે. નવી allotment ન મળે તો અગાઉનું confirmed admission retained રહે છે. Round-specific noticeમાં અલગ condition હોય તો નવી notice final ગણાય.

સામાન્ય ભૂલો ટાળો

Wrong course: BE/BTechના બદલે Pharmacy, DDCET અથવા બીજા ACPC formમાં અરજી કરવી.
Wrong marks: Theory/required subjects અથવા board details documentsથી જુદી દાખલ કરવી.
Invalid category proof: Expired/incorrect NCL, EWS અથવા quota document.
Query ignored: Verification discrepancyનો સમયસર જવાબ ન આપવો.
Too few choices: Suitable colleges/branches હોવા છતાં બહુ ટૂંકી list બનાવવી.
Wrong priority: ન ગમતી branchને માત્ર expected cut-off માટે ઉપર રાખવી.
Unsaved changes: Rearrange કર્યા પછી Save ન કરવું.
Payment assumed: Bank debitને successful ACPC payment માનવો, receipt/status ન તપાસવો.
Deadline missed: Allotment પછી token fee અથવા institute reporting સમયસર ન કરવી.
Password shared: Agentને login, OTP અથવા security PIN આપવો.

ACPC Registration 2026–27 હજુ open છે?

Regular Degree Engineering registration 31 May 2026એ બંધ થયું હતું અને regular online rounds પૂર્ણ થયા છે. ત્યારબાદ vacant-seat rounds થયા હતા. નવી round માટે current BE/BTech Notice અને Candidate Activity Board તપાસો.

GUJCET આપ્યા વગર Engineering admission મળી શકે?

Seat type અને candidate route પ્રમાણે GUJCET, JEE Main અથવા notified eligibility લાગુ પડી શકે છે. Home State અને All India seat matrix અલગ છે. તમારા case માટે current ACPC admission rules અને portalમાં દેખાતો eligible rank type તપાસો.

Mock Roundની seat confirm ગણાય?

ના. Mock Round માત્ર indicative result છે. Actual admission માટે notified roundમાં consent/choice filling, allotment, token fee અને admission-letter process પૂર્ણ કરવો પડે છે.

Choice lock કરવાનું રહી જાય તો શું થશે?

2026 official guideline saved choicesને deemed locked કરવાની વાત કરે છે. છતાં deadline પહેલાં manually Lock/Confirm કરીને dashboard status તપાસવો જોઈએ; unsaved choices consider નહીં થાય.

Allotment પછી college બદલાઈ શકે?

Notified reshuffling roundમાં consent અને નવી choice listથી higher preferred option મળી શકે છે. નવી allotment મળે તો જૂની confirmed seat cancel થઈ શકે છે; તેથી choices ખૂબ વિચારપૂર્વક ગોઠવો.
