Digital Gujarat Scholarship 2026–27: Apply અને Last Date

ટૂંકો જવાબ: Digital Gujarat Scholarship 2026–27 હેઠળ Post-Matric Scholarship માટે category પ્રમાણે અલગ application window છે. SC અને OBC/SEBC વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે 6 Julyથી 30 September 2026 સુધી અને ST વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે 1 Septemberથી 30 November 2026 સુધી અરજી સ્વીકારવાની official જાહેરાત છે. વિદ્યાર્થીએ Gujarat State Scholarship Portal પર login કરીને પોતાની category, course અને income condition પ્રમાણે યોગ્ય active scheme પસંદ કરવી.

મહત્વપૂર્ણ: “Digital Gujarat Scholarship” કોઈ એક scholarshipનું નામ નથી. આ portal પર Scheduled Caste, SEBC/OBC, Scheduled Tribe અને અન્ય eligible વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે અલગ schemes ઉપલબ્ધ હોય છે. ખોટી scheme પસંદ કરવાથી application reject થઈ શકે અથવા મળવાપાત્ર assistanceમાં તફાવત રહી શકે છે.

આ તારીખો Gujarat State Scholarship Portalની current 2026–27 notices પરથી લેવામાં આવી છે. કોઈ deadline extension અથવા reopening આવે તો portalની noticeને final માનવી. જુના academic year માટે દેખાતી reopeningને 2026–27ની regular application window સમજી ન લેવી.

કોને અરજી કરવી જોઈએ?

આ guide મુખ્યત્વે SSC પછીના recognized courseમાં અભ્યાસ કરતા અને પોતાની category હેઠળ ઉપલબ્ધ Post-Matric Scholarship અથવા allied educational assistance માટે અરજી કરવા માંગતા Gujaratના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે છે. Scheme પ્રમાણે eligibility બદલાય છે, પરંતુ સામાન્ય રીતે નીચેની બાબતો તપાસવામાં આવે છે:

વિદ્યાર્થીની SC, ST, SEBC/OBC અથવા schemeમાં દર્શાવેલી applicable category
અભ્યાસક્રમ અને શૈક્ષણિક સંસ્થાની માન્યતા
Fresh admission અથવા eligible Renewal status
Schemeમાં નક્કી કરેલી annual family-income limit
Day scholar, hosteller, freeship-card અથવા અન્ય scheme-specific status
Required academic record અને documents
Aadhaar-seeded અને active bank account જેવી payment requirements

એક categoryના દરેક વિદ્યાર્થીને એકસરખી scholarship મળતી નથી. Portalમાં financial year પસંદ કર્યા પછી તમારા accountમાં જે schemes active દેખાય, તેની eligibility અને benefit અલગથી વાંચો. માત્ર schemeના નામમાં “Scholarship” દેખાય એટલે apply ન કરો.

Fresh અને Renewal Application વચ્ચેનો ફરક

Fresh Application

પહેલી વખત અરજી કરતા વિદ્યાર્થીએ registration/profile પૂર્ણ કર્યા પછી Request a New Service પસંદ કરીને financial year 2026–27 અને યોગ્ય scheme પસંદ કરવાની રહે છે.

Renewal Application

2025–26માં online application કરીને નિયમ મુજબ scholarship મેળવેલી હોય તો 2026–27ની application સામાન્ય રીતે Renewal modeમાં દેખાઈ શકે છે. Registration, bank, academic અને અન્ય details ફરી તપાસીને current documents upload કરવા પડે છે. Renewal option ન દેખાય તો duplicate account બનાવવાને બદલે Request a New Service અને current financial year તપાસો અથવા Help Deskની મદદ લો.

અરજી પહેલાં કયા Documents તૈયાર રાખવા?

Final document list category અને selected scheme પ્રમાણે બદલાય છે. Portalના Instruction/Attachment sectionમાં દેખાતી checklistને final માનવી. SC અને SEBC માટેની 2026–27 official guidelinesમાં સામાન્ય રીતે નીચેના documentsનો સમાવેશ થાય છે:

Competent authority દ્વારા આપવામાં આવેલ caste/category certificate
Parent/guardianનું valid income certificate; applicable caseમાં Form 16 અથવા supporting record
ધોરણ 10 અને ત્યારપછીના અભ્યાસક્રમોની year-wise final marksheets
Account number, IFSC અને branch દર્શાવતું bank passbookનું પ્રથમ પાનું અથવા accepted cancelled cheque
Annual fee receipt
Recent passport-size photograph
Aadhaar details
Course break હોય તો applicable gap declaration
Hosteller હોય તો prescribed hostel certificate
Disability certificate, marriage certificate અથવા freeship-card documents—જો લાગુ પડે
Selected scheme અથવા district authority દ્વારા માંગવામાં આવતા additional records

SCની અમુક schemesમાં ration-card number, ration-card member ID અથવા Aadhaar biometric eKYC status પણ જરૂરી બની શકે છે. તેથી એક universal document list પરથી form ભરવાને બદલે selected schemeની current checklist તપાસવી જરૂરી છે.

OTR, Aadhaar eKYC અને Bank DBTની જરૂરિયાત

OTR ક્યારે જરૂરી છે?

2026–27ની official guidelines પ્રમાણે Central Governmentની SC Post-Matric Scholarship BCK-6.1 અને ST Umbrella Post-Matric Scholarship માટે National Scholarship Portalનો OTR જરૂરી છે. OTR એટલે Aadhaar/Aadhaar Enrolment ID આધારિત unique 14-digit One-Time Registration number, જે વિદ્યાર્થીના academic career દરમિયાન ઉપયોગમાં આવે છે.

OTR માટે National Scholarship Portalની official OTR service જ વાપરો. SEBC/OBCના દરેક applicant માટે OTR ફરજિયાત છે એવું blanket statement current SEBC guidelineમાં નથી; selected scheme અથવા portal OTR માગે તો જ official instruction પ્રમાણે પૂરું કરો.

SC BCK-6.1 માટે Aadhaar Biometric eKYC

SC BCK-6.1ની with/without Freeship Card applications માટે Aadhaar-based biometric eKYC જરૂરી છે. Portal ration-card database સાથે status તપાસે છે. eKYC status “Yes” ન દેખાય તો application submit ન થઈ શકે. આવા સમયે ration cardમાં વિદ્યાર્થીનું નામ અને Aadhaar seeding તપાસીને official Food and Civil Supplies channel, VCE/e-Gram, Mamlatdar supply branch અથવા institutionની guidance લો.

Bank account માટે શું તપાસવું?

Bank account વિદ્યાર્થીના ઉપયોગમાં અને active હોવું જોઈએ.
KYC pending અથવા account dormant/frozen ન હોવું જોઈએ.
Account number અને IFSC current passbook પ્રમાણે દાખલ કરો.
Aadhaar-based DBT scheme હોય તો ઇચ્છિત bank account Aadhaar સાથે mapped/seeded છે તે તપાસો.
Closed, merged અથવા જૂના IFSCવાળા accountની વિગતો submit ન કરો.

માત્ર Aadhaar card અને bank passbook પાસે હોવું પૂરતું નથી; DBT માટે Aadhaar mapping યોગ્ય bank account સાથે હોવી જરૂરી હોઈ શકે છે.

Digital Gujarat Scholarship Online Apply કરવાની રીત

Official portal ખોલો: gssp.gujarat.gov.in ખોલીને Citizen Login પસંદ કરો.
Registration કરો: નવા userએ New Registration (Citizen) દ્વારા active mobile number અને પોતાની email IDથી account બનાવવો.
Profile complete કરો: Login કર્યા પછી My Profileમાં personal અને required profile details update કરો. જૂના userએ ફરી registration ન કરવું.
Scholarship section ખોલો: Services menuમાંથી Scholarship Services પસંદ કરો.
Fresh અથવા Renewal પસંદ કરો: Fresh applicantએ Request a New Service અને financial year 2026–27 પસંદ કરવું. Previous beneficiaryએ Renewal option તપાસવો.
યોગ્ય department અને scheme પસંદ કરો: SC માટે Director Scheduled Caste Welfare, SEBC/OBC માટે Director Developing Caste Welfare અને ST માટે Tribal Development હેઠળ applicable active scheme તપાસો.
Details भरो: Registration Detail, Bank Details, Academic Details, Disability Detail અને Attachmentના વિભાગો સાચી માહિતીથી પૂર્ણ કરો.
Documents upload કરો: Original documentsના readable scans અને recent photograph portalની file requirement પ્રમાણે upload કરો.
Preview અને verification કરો: Name, category, course, institution, income, bank account અને uploaded files ફરી તપાસો. ત્યારબાદ Verify Mobile Number કરીને OTP દાખલ કરો.
Final submit કરો: Confirm & Final Submit પછી acknowledgement/application print અથવા PDF સાચવો.

Final submit પહેલાં ખાસ કરીને department, scheme, institution અને course તપાસો. ખોટી institution અથવા course પસંદ કરશો તો application બીજી institutionના loginમાં જઈ શકે છે. ખોટી scheme પસંદ કર્યા પછી benefit difference આપમેળે મળવાની ખાતરી નથી.

Online Submit પછી Collegeમાં Form આપવું પડે?

SC અને SEBC માટેની official 2026–27 guidelines મુજબ Fresh તથા Renewal applicantએ final-submitted applicationની print કાઢીને uploaded documentsની self-attested copies સાથે પોતાની school, college અથવા institutionમાં જમા કરાવવાની રહે છે. Online submissionને જ આખી verification process પૂર્ણ થઈ ગઈ એમ ન માનો.

ST વિદ્યાર્થીએ selected schemeના portal instructions અને institution/district-office guidance પ્રમાણે જરૂરી submission પૂર્ણ કરવું. Gujarat બહાર અભ્યાસ કરતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે institution recognition, course recognition, approved fee અને forwarding letter સહિત additional submissionની જરૂર પડી શકે છે.

Application Status અને Correction કેવી રીતે કરવું?

Portalમાં registered mobile number અને passwordથી login કરો.
Scholarship Services અથવા Scholarship Service Requests ખોલો.
Financial year 2026–27 પસંદ કરીને application/status જુઓ.
Institutionએ application return કરી હોય તો reason વાંચીને requested correction કરો અને ફરી submit કરો.
Institutionએ હજી કાર્યવાહી ન કરી હોય ત્યારે applicable accountમાં Withdraw option દેખાય તો application પાછી ખેંચીને correction કરી ફરી send કરી શકાય છે.

Final submit પછી સીધું editing સામાન્ય રીતે શક્ય નથી. ભૂલ જણાય તો duplicate application અથવા બીજું account બનાવવાને બદલે institution અથવા Digital Gujarat Help Deskનો સંપર્ક કરો.

Application અટકવાના સામાન્ય કારણો

Wrong scheme: Category, gender, income, course અથવા freeship statusને અનુરૂપ scheme પસંદ ન કરવી.
Profile incomplete: Registration થયા પછી My Profile પૂરી update ન કરવી.
Document mismatch: Name, caste, income, course અથવા bank details documents સાથે ન મળવી.
Unreadable upload: Blurred, cropped અથવા incomplete scan.
Inactive bank account: Dormant account, જૂનો IFSC અથવા Aadhaar mapping mismatch.
OTR missing: Applicable SC/ST Central schemeમાં valid OTR દાખલ ન કરવો.
SC eKYC incomplete: BCK-6.1 માટે ration-card databaseમાં biometric eKYC status પૂર્ણ ન હોવું.
Institution submission pending: Online form પછી required print/documents institutionમાં જમા ન કરાવવાં.
Deadline miss: છેલ્લી તારીખે portal traffic અથવા document problemને કારણે final submit ન થવું.

Agentને portal password, OTP અથવા blank signed form આપશો નહીં. Form assisted centre પરથી ભરાવો તો પણ final preview વિદ્યાર્થીએ જાતે તપાસવું.

વારંવાર પૂછાતા પ્રશ્નો

Digital Gujarat Scholarship 2026–27ની છેલ્લી તારીખ શું છે?

Current official notice પ્રમાણે SC અને OBC/SEBC વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે 30 September 2026 અને ST વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે 30 November 2026 છેલ્લી તારીખ છે. Extension આવે તો official portalની નવી notice માન્ય રહેશે.

દરેક વિદ્યાર્થી માટે OTR ફરજિયાત છે?

ના. Current guidelinesમાં SC BCK-6.1 અને ST Umbrella Post-Matric Scholarship માટે OTR સ્પષ્ટ રીતે જરૂરી છે. અન્ય schemeમાં portal અથવા official instruction OTR માગે ત્યારે જ તે requirement લાગુ માનો.

જૂના accountથી અરજી કરી શકાય?

હા. અગાઉ Digital Gujarat registration કર્યું હોય તો ફરી account બનાવવું નહીં. જૂના mobile number/passwordથી login કરો અથવા Forgot Password વાપરો. Registered mobile ઉપલબ્ધ ન હોય તો district SC/ST/OBC officeની મદદ લેવી પડી શકે છે.

Scholarshipની રકમ કેટલી મળે?

એક universal amount નથી. Academic allowance, tuition fee, maintenance allowance, food bill અથવા instrument assistance scheme, course group, income, gender, hosteller/day-scholar status અને government rules પ્રમાણે બદલાય છે. Selected schemeની official benefit table જુઓ.

Mobileથી application કરી શકાય?

Portal mobile browserમાં ખૂલી શકે છે, પરંતુ લાંબું form, document scanning અને preview માટે desktop અથવા laptop વધુ reliable હોઈ શકે છે. ગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તારમાં applicable assistance માટે e-Gram centreની મદદ મેળવી શકાય છે.
